
Karl N. Hoffman
Mr. Hoffman is from Broomfield, Colorado. He earned his B.A. from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a double-major in International Affairs and Chinese Language & Civilization. Mr. Hoffman earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School. In law school, Mr. Hoffman was a member of the editorial board of the University of Colorado Law Review. He also participated in the Silicon Flatirons Center’s “Tech Lawyer Accelerator”, which was featured in the New York Times. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Hoffman served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Donald S. Quick, District Court Judge, Colorado Seventeenth Judicial District. Mr. Hoffman is licensed to practice in all Colorado courts and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
